Enabling people and the planet to thrive.

Ranked among the world’s top 20 engineering and technical advisors for major water infrastructure. Ayesa is at the forefront of sustainable water management, preserving vital ecosystems, minimizing environmental impact, and transforming waste into valuable resources.  Ayesa's multidisciplinary team excels in a broad spectrum of projects, including water resource planning, dams and reservoirs, hydropower plants, water treatment and pumping stations, desalination, water transportation and sanitation, flooding, stormwater tunnels, river and canal engineering, effluent wetlands, waste facilities, and land remediation.

A global portfolio
Our experience speaks for itself: Ayesa has delivered Atotonilco, in Mexico, one of the world's largest wastewater treatment plants built in a single phase, and supervised the design and commissioning of Jubail II, a world-leading facility for seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) technology. We are designing and delivering over 190 water schemes across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have acted as design engineers for major projects in Ireland, such as the Blanchardstown Regional Drainage Scheme, Saggart Reservoir, and Arklow Wastewater Treatment Plant. Additionally, Ayesa's waste team have provided design for one of the largest hazardous waste management facilities in Sohar, Oman.  Ayesa has one of the most respected flooding expert teams delivering major flood defence schemes and coastal and river defences to protect communities and businesses.

Digital tools are making our water systems smarter and more sustainable. AI and IoT, for instance, help optimize wastewater treatment and capture rainwater more effectively. Using digital twins—real-time models of existing water networks—we can quickly spot leaks and identify potential issues before they become problems. This means a more reliable and efficient water supply for everyone.

Ayesa - Where Multidisciplines and Innovation come together

To assist clients in providing a safe, clean, and sustainable water supply

When delivering complex hydraulic infrastructure projects, we take a holistic approach that factors in modelling, assessing existing assets and service performance, analysing supply and demand variance, considering socio-economic and environmental factors, managing stakeholders, and navigating local governance and regulatory systems. Our goal is to future-proof assets, enhance energy efficiency, address urbanization, incorporate renewable energy, improve resilience, and streamline operations and maintenance.

To leverage technology and innovation

Our aim is effective water resource management and assets that integrate clean energy. Our civil and industrial engineers use technologies such as BIM and Digital Twins to create advanced hydraulic works, while our technology professionals design smart water technology.

Big Data, AI and Modelling

Predicting change and adaptation requirements into the future to ensure our clients' strategies are resilient.

To mitigate climate change impacts

Addressing flooding and drought events, providing defence schemes to protect communities and businesses against flooding events, and water scarcity.

To support the waste management sector

Advising waste, landfills, and waste-to-energy facilities using environmentally responsible and sustainable approaches during the design, construction, operation, and decommissioning lifecycle.
