New Teruel Hospital

With a planned investment of 87.7 million euros, the Teruel Hospital represents the first national project carried out under the guidelines of the new Law on Public Sector Contracts (March 2018) that obliges the Administrations to split the project in different contract lots.

The project has 212 hospitalization beds and a constructed area of ​​64,423.61 m², on a 13ha plot, executed over 46 months.

In this context, Ayesa assists the Aragon Health Service in the management of this contract, under the new figure of the Lot Planning Coordinator, in charge of the integration of the different Work Programs and their progress control during the execution of the works guaranteeing an ordered simultaneous coordination of all the contractors.
