Challenge
Business Center Manzanares, a leader in the promotion of Logistics Warehouses in Spain, has decided to implement BIM methodologies to develop warehouse prototypes with a circular economy focus. For this purpose, warehouses in the Gavilanes Industrial Estate, Madrid, will be taken as pilots.
The project includes the development of a “construction prototype” of a modular and replicable warehouse, with the highest energy certification, as well as flexibility to meet the requirements of clients and tenants.
Our work
The Prototype will be used for new projects in their design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases, allowing maximum agility and flexibility in the new projects.
Ayesa has incorporated some aspects of its C2R Construction Project Management System allowing for the Project:
- In the development of BIM models of built and under-construction Projects. Adaptation for the generation of the BCM Prototype.
These improvements over traditional project management systems contribute to having an accurate image of the construction project, detecting issues that may have arisen during the works at very early stages, allowing for better quality/price of the work, and significantly reducing construction risk.
