Challenge

STONEWEG S.A. is promoting an Apart-Hotel Complex in Calle Emma Penella in Valdebebas, Madrid. The project is being managed under a Collaborative Agreement Contract through the execution design and construction phases. The development comprises two buildings, with footprints of 16,160 m² and 19,596 m², each featuring two underground levels.

Stoneweg S.A has appointed Ayesa—experts in Design and Construction Management—to implement BIM during the Execution Project phase and strengthen collaboration and contract management throughout the programme. Ayesa will lead the coordination, collection, and management of information shared across disciplines through BIM methodologies. Working closely with the Design Team, led by COT & Partners, they will generate precise measurements to help mitigate risks related to cost and contract management.

Our work

Ayesa has integrated elements of its in-house C2R Construction Project Management System into the project, specifically to support:

1. The development of the architectural BIM model

2. BIM management and integration across all disciplines

These enhancements, compared to traditional project management systems, provide a more accurate and unified view of the construction process. They also help identify potential issues at a much earlier stage.
