Challenge

Lointek, a leader in the design and manufacturing of industrial equipment based in Biscay, is committed to continually enhancing its operations. Recently, the company experienced significant growth, which highlighted the need for improved sales management. By centralizing information, Lointek aimed to gain comprehensive insights into its processes and foster better collaboration among team members.

To achieve this goal, Lointek sought to implement an advanced solution that would streamline daily operations while enhancing the customer experience. This involved minimizing the time spent on administrative tasks and improving the capture of client information and management of sales opportunities.

To facilitate this digital transformation, Lointek needed a partner with CRM expertise—one that could provide not only the necessary technology but also a robust change management strategy and industry best practices. After thorough evaluation, Lointek selected Ayesa for this critical initiative.

Solution

Ayesa implemented Dynamics 365 Sales, a tool that manages sales holistically and efficiently. The Microsoft solution offers advanced CRM capabilities connects with other key tools, such as Outlook and SharePoint, thereby allowing information to be easily accessed and managed in one place.

Ayesa worked closely with Lointek throughout all stages, from the initial analysis through to the development and configuration of the solution, ensuring the client’s specifications were met. As a result, Lointek has been able to centralise and systemise its sales process. A change management strategy was also put in place, which helped users get accustomed to the solution.

Notable aspects of the project include:

  • Comprehensive overviews of clients: these allow all information about a client to be viewed in one place.
  • An automatic news carousel: this displays the latest news on projects, allowing members of staff to find out more about clients as well as identify new opportunities.
  • Prospect and opportunity management: the entire process is fully automated, from prospects through to the close of sales.
  • Synchronisation with Exchange and SharePoint: This has increased the efficiency with which meetings, tasks and the storage of documents are managed, ensuring all sales interactions are recorded in a centralised manner.
