Corporación Zubieta is one of Spain’s leading hotel groups. Based in San Sebastián, it manages Hotel de Londres y de Inglaterra and Hotel Villa Favorita (both in the city), as well as Hotel Ribera de Triana (in Seville).
It has traditionally managed its business processes using an ERP solution based on NAV. However, this has become increasingly outdated, unable to effectively meet the needs of an industry as dynamic as tourism.
This led Corporación Zubieta to embark on a journey of digital transformation alongside Ayesa. Essentially, the strategy has been designed to: ensure the continuity of operations at its hotels, unify the group’s management processes in a cloud environment, optimise and centralise decision-making, and foster collaboration between teams.
Using Dynamics 365 Business Central, the company has implemented a platform that centralises all its operations. This has allowed it to become more efficient, responsive and transparent, as well as fully oversee its business processes.
The project is a reflection of Corporación Zubieta’s commitment to implementing the latest technology as well as operational excellence.
The hotel group decided to entrust Ayesa with its technological transformation project.
Through its Microsoft Centre of Excellence, the consultancy firm designed a tailored solution that ensures the continuity of the group’s processes and is aligned with its digital strategy.
Ayesa’s experience with re-implementation projects, coupled with its extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365, allowed Corporación Zubieta to seamlessly migrate to the new solution. This meant its hotels were able to operate as normal throughout.
