Turismo de Islas Canarias modernises its management systems using GROW with SAP
The public entity, which is responsible for tourism in the Canary Islands, has partnered up with Ayesa to implement SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition, thereby bringing AI and automation to its operations.
Ayesa, a global provider of technology and engineering services, has recently been awarded a contract to upgrade the management systems of Turismo de Islas Canarias, as part of its strategic plan. Following a detailed analysis by the company, GROW with SAP has been chosen for the project. This solution offers a comprehensive range of solutions, adoption acceleration services and learning resources, as well as access to the SAP community, to help companies of all sizes make the transition to cloud ERP.
The aim of the public entity, which is part of the Regional Government of the Canary Islands, is to have a tool that will allow it to overcome the challenges posed by digital transformation and the ever-growing complexity of IT systems. Of particular interest will be the implementation of S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition, a ready-to-use enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This provides customers with ready-to-run processes, built on best practices, as well as access to AI and automation features.
Ayesa will be responsible for implementing the system, ensuring the project runs smoothly and to schedule. Once in place, it will improve the efficiency of operations at Turismo de Islas Canarias and allow for data-driven decision-making. This will ultimately increase satisfaction amongst tourists and make them more likely to return to the islands. The scalable and flexible nature of the solution will also allow it to be easily adapted to the growing needs of the organisation.
