New Contracts for Ayesa in Mumbai Metro (India)

Ayesa continues to develop its presence in India with new contracts in the Mumbai Metro railway project. The first project is detailed design consultancy for civil services, architecture and construction, including E&M work in the Andheri (East) - Dahisar (East) corridor. The project includes 13 elevated stations and 17.09km of stabling lines. It is scheduled for completion in 30 months’ time.

Ayesa is also to provide general engineering consultancy in partnership with ITALFERR S.p.A and Consulting Engineers Group Ltd on the Line 7 corridor (Andheri East - Dahisar East) and the Line 2B corridor (DN Nagar - Mandala) of the Mumbai Metro. The works carried out on Line 7 will cover a distance approximately 17km in length. This corridor will include 13 elevated stations and a maintenance depot in Dahisar. The 2B corridor will measure 23.643km in length, and house 22 elevated stations. This second project will last 54 months.

Ayesa has also received a contract for a new project for detailed design consultancy for civil services, architecture and E&M for the Mumbai Metro Line 3 corridor and contract package UGC-02 for the underground project. The project consists of 4 underground stations (one covered depot and three using the NATM) and measures approximately 4km in length. This project will last 54 months.
